Djurens Dagen at Stallmagasinet 2014 (Animal Day)

Li’l Sis Goat Milk Soap was invited to participate in this year’s big day at Stallmagasinets Animal Day!

It’s a day full of fun for local families and visitors from neighboring communities.

There are craft booth and small animal displays, plant and garden displays and the all important horse drawn wagon rides.

We have been experiencing rainy days here in Östergotland and yesterday was no different. There was the fear that visitors would not come, but they came all clad in rain gear, even baby buggies.

There was of course the all important release of the sheep into the pasture. As always it is a lovely sight to witness.

All of us who had craft booths were happy to find spots indoors.

Li’l Sis Goat Milk Soap was in the stable with a couple other vendors with two beautiful huge Swedish work horses. These horses were once used in the farms but many are now used in our forests to help move timber. These two beauties were used yesterday to pull happy families in a lovely wagon.

Li’l Sis Goat Milk Soap was so happy to share with existing customers and introduce to new customers, our Eco -Friendly product,

It was a cold and rainy day , but our host and hostess Helena and Gustav prepared a Swedish breakfast for all participants. I tell you that hot tea was so warming. Even standing inside the stable was dry but cold. That didn’t matter because it was a wonderful day.

Li’l Sis acquired new customers, was invited to participate in 3 new markets and we even have a new client, who wants to add our products in her farm shop.

I met a lovely lady who has 3 adopted Greyhounds from Ireland! Wow! I’ve always wanted to adopt one of these beautiful dogs. We are now FaceBook friends!

I met a woman who had spent 3 years in my favorite place Scotland. She invited us to her farm not far away to view her beautiful garden and plant business. She is very interested in owning goats and may purchase goats from us in the near future. We are now FaceBook friends!

Ah Social Media!

I met another woman who makes the most delicious lamb sausage. We have been in touch.

We had a most wonderful day!

Thank you Helena and Gustav for inviting Li’l Sis Goat Milk Soap once again this year!
