A Frosty March Morning at Gullringstorp
After the morning fog wore off, a frosty morning was revealed at Gullringstorp and surrounding views
A pear tree covered in the morning frost
The Fairy of Frost touched everything that could be frosted
A view over our back field and the frost covered trees on the other side
The sun has not come out yet, so it will be some time before this frost will melt
A frosty view
Frosty trees surround the path to the back area of Gullringstorp
Lacy frosty trees of our near by wood
A frosty view across the goat enclosure of neighbor's Bosse's and Magnus' farms
The frosty path in the rear of the stable and beside the goat enclosure
A view from the frosty goat enclosure. The yellow house is home of Magnus who supplies our goats with oats from his fields.
The Fairy of Frost even touched our electric fence around the goat's enclosure
The tiny spring flowers still have not had the nerve to peak out from the frozen ground. We usually see some tiny beauties around this time of year, but not yet. WE have had some rather cold nights, dipping to -10 c with a few days of sun. Some trees are starting to have tiny green shoots. I don’t think they are happy though, with this cold morning frost.
Spring will arrive, it always does.
