Swedish Valentine's Day with tulips and beautiful heart candies

Interesting Post, Just wondering how one might say ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’ in Icelandic as well as just ‘Valentine’s Day’ by itself.
Also: To say I love you it would be ‘ég elska þig’. How might you say ‘I love you very much’, ‘I love you so much’, ‘I love you with all my heart’ or ‘I love you more than words can say’ in Icelandic?
Any help for any of these questions would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hej from Sweden!
I’m sorry, don’t know Icelandic. Just Swedish and English.
